💪 Focus on Full Performance
Let nothing distract you while working. If another thought pops up, write it down and keep working until the time is over.
☕ Give Yourself 5 Minutes Break
As soon as the timer goes off, instantly stop whatever you are doing and have a very short break of 5 minutes. You can stretch, walk, or just close your eyes.
🔁 Cycle through Again
Complete four Pomodoros (25 min work + 5 min break each). Then, take a long 15–30 minutes break to recharge.
